Grant specializes in placing top level individuals in the commercial construction industry. His focus is in the Southeastern United States. Grant has established key relationships with companies throughout Georgia and Florida and also has connections in the Carolinas, Alabama and Mississippi. He has outstanding credibility with his clients due to his ability to provide them with some of the finest talent in the nation! He has proven to not only be an asset to his clients, but also to those individuals who are truly the top performers in the industry and serious about advancing their careers. Grant received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Birmingham, Grant was a corporate trainer in the hospitality industry. He has a thorough understanding of customer satisfaction and truly understands the importance of not only meeting but continuously striving to anticipate and exceed his client’s needs. This translates extremely well into his interactions with his clients and candidates.
