Kirt started with Management Recruiters in May, 1995 after completing 15 years in the Health Club industry. He recruited for the Owner/President of MR Ann Arbor office in Automotive, Energy, Information Technology and Banking. Kirt transferred over to Management Recruiters of Birmingham in October 2001, where he recruited for Brian Binke in the Construction industry. For the last two years he has been in Business Development, calling on Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Operation Managers in Commercial Construction throughout the United States.

Kirt currently holds the World Record for the fastest 100 miles on ice-skates and was written up in the 1976 Edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.
