Specializing in commercial construction allows to her to fully understand the market and potential needs of clients and candidates in the industry. Sarah has built relationships with key people in her area (D.C. , Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia) and strives to provide solutions to help top performers build their careers and businesses build their teams.

Sarah holds an International Studies degree from Michigan State University. Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Birmingham, she established and grew a successful training and consulting firm providing services to top companies in Metro-Detroit. Her success is due to an ability to listen and understand the needs of clients, driving performance and customer satisfaction in the right direction, earning year to year business growth with her loyal base of clients.
