Because of that, she is skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Through her research and life experiences she has become very knowledgeable in the Commercial Construction Industry which has helped her provide clients with exceptional hires. Tessa believes that to assure the best matches between clients and candidates she must fully understand the companies and people she is determined to connect. Her goal is to exceed the expectations of the construction industry by helping to build teams of highly qualified and productive professionals. She specializes strictly in placing outstanding professionals within the Commercial Construction arena.
