Because we genuinely care that we match talented candidates with appropriate employers, we take the necessary time to get to know your specific needs. We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully screened him or her and determined that there is a good fit.

SEARCH AND SERVICE CHARGE OPTIONS

Management Recruiters of Birmingham respects the diversity of each hiring situation by offering our clients a choice of Retained, Priority, or Contingency Search. We customize your search to reflect the unique needs of your position and organization. We believe there are many factors that should be considered in order to select the best method of search for your project.

Retained Search Agreement

Advantages:

  • Your Search consultant commits the majority of his or her time to filling your position.
  • Search Coordinators are assigned to your project through its completion.
  • Screening of candidates in person or by videoconference is available at your request.
  • You receive the first right of refusal on all candidates.
  • We guarantee to present you a minimum of two candidates within sixty days that meet or exceed your position specifications or the service charge will be refunded.
  • The replacement guarantee is extended to six months.

Disadvantages:

  • A partial, up-front payment is required to initiate the search.

Priority Search Agreement

Advantages:

  • Your Search Consultant devotes the majority of his or her time to filling your position.
  • The assisting Search Coordinator allocates up to fifty percent of his or her time to your project.
  • Screening of candidate in person or by videoconference is available at your request.
  • You are given exclusivity of candidates.
  • A replacement guarantee of three month is provided.

Disadvantages:

  • A partial, up-front payment is required to initiate the search.

Contingency Search Agreement

Advantages:

  • No financial commitment is required to initiate the search.
  • A thirty day replacement guarantee is provided.

Disadvantages:

  • There is a slower reaction time to your project due to the priorities of other searches.
  • Search Coordinators are not available.
  • Candidates may be concurrently presented to other organizations.
  • The service charge is often more expensive.
